1. Please, make sure your city or country is NOT in our worldwide list. If it is, please, contact your local president to join the Club.

2. Download the Registration Card.

3. Fill in the registration card (the example is within the document). Attention! Giving deliberately false information may result in refusal to officially register your club. We do NOT publish your registration card or any part of it. We guarantee confidentiality of all information.

4. Send your registration card to the President of the International Club to bilanclub@gmail.com.

Please, attach to your letter also the following documents which will be published on your club’s official page on www.bilanclub.com:
- Few words about your club.
- Your club’s photo.
- Few words about you (as your club’s president).
- Your photo.
- Your club’s logo (if it exists).

5.  And now is the main thing. Create your club in REALITY. You must  communicate and make activities in actual fact. Not only by documents. Otherwise the club will be closed after a time.
